29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing any part of his body in the danger zone: (a) Loading Dock - Employees loading large mail bags into the hopper of the a garbage truck used their legs to push the bags down into the hopper while in operation; on or about 02/13/18. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM IN THE ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19
