29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a) Electronic assembly employee(s) at 363 Market St. in Kenilworth NJ have exposure to metal ingestion and/or inhalation hazard(s) of Tin/Lead alloy wire used in soldering connectors onto audio-video cables, and shipping department employees use flammable materials such as aerosol spray paint for touching up painting of equipment as well as LP-gas for forklift.  A written program was not developed and implemented by the employer, which detailed the communication of chemical hazard(s) through container labeling, product safety data sheet(s) retention, and employee education & training  Condition(s) were noted on or about 2/14/2018.
