Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices, electronic safety devices, etc.:     a) On or about February 15, 2018 the L1 engine lathe chuck and the rotating horizontal shaft on the front of the lathe were not guarded to prevent employee exposure to the rotating and/or entanglement hazard.     b) On or about February 15, 2018 the L2 engine lathe chuck and the rotating horizontal shaft on the front of the lathe were not guarded to prevent employee exposure to the rotating and/or entanglement hazard.     c) On or about February 15, 2018 the L3 engine lathe chuck and the rotating horizontal shaft on the front of the lathe were not guarded to prevent employee exposure to the rotating and/or entanglement hazard.     d) On or about February 15, 2018 the in-running nip points created between the wheels on the stands for the roll turner machine and the roll journals were not guarded to prevent employee exposure to the hazardous area.     e) On or about February 15, 2018 the in-running nip point created between the wheels on the vertical stands for the polishing machine and the roll journals were not guarded to prevent employee exposure to the hazards area.
