29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a)  Candlewood Suites, 13231 59th St. N.- Employees engaged in roofing activities on a 6 in 12 slope (vertical to horizontal) roof, were exposed to a 27' 2" fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized, observed on or about 2/14/2018.  Merillat Roofing, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1146007, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/15/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 11702 66th St. N., Largo, FL.

(a)  The employer does not have fall protection training certification for employees, observed on or about 2/14/2018.
