Mather's Improvement Service, LTD., was previously cited for a violation of this or its equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 981470, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, Issued on 6/27/2014, and was affirmed final order on 7/3/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 365 Pine St., Burlington, WI 53105.
