29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: At a construction site located at 1921 NW US 50, Lone Jack, MO: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. The employer failed to protected employees from fall related hazards in that employees were not trained on recognizing fall hazards and avoidance of the unsafe conditions. This was demonstrated when employees were observed working at a height of 23.0 feet where employees climbed over protective guardrails in a scissor lift and were working around unprotected edges.
