29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: (a) The floor of the chassis shop was not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition as evidenced by the presence of discarded rags/paper, metal bolts, scrap metal, old paint cans, hose, scrap lumber, and general dirt and debris. (b) The floor of the restroom located near the chassis shop was littered with electrical extension cords. Conglobal Industries, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard (29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1)) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1052921, Citation Number 1, Item No. 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/8/15, with respect to a workplace located at 2090A Jonesboro Road, Atlanta, GA 30315.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2) and (h)(3) on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) As of 2/13/18, an employee who was exposed to hazardous chemicals (e.g., paints, solvents, and greases) while performing chassis and container maintenance work had not been trained on the new chemical container label elements and the new format and types of information on each section of safety data sheets (SDSs) with respect to revisions to the standard in accordance with the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS). ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
