29 CFR 1926.102(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee who wears prescription lenses while engaged in operations that involve eye hazards wears eye protection that incorporates the prescription in its design, or wears eye protection that can be worn over the prescription lenses without disturbing the proper position of the prescription lenses or the protective lenses:    On or about February 13, 2018, In the Gutter, Inc. had an employee exposed to struck-by hazards in the eyes from the use of a pneumatic gun, on a commercial construction site in Paris, Illinois.  The employee wore prescription glasses, and the employer did not ensure that the employee wore eye protection that incorporated the prescription in its design or wore eye protection that could be worn over the prescription lenses.
