29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) 658 Hanover Avenue, Allentown, PA, Worksite, Roof - on or about February 14, 2018, employees are performing residential roofing work, approximately 24 feet above grade, without utilizing any means of fall protection. JW Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of a similar occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 949136, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 6, 2014 with relations to a workplace located at 2201 Schoenersville Road, Allentown, PA 18109.
