The specific safety-related work practices shall be consistent with the nature and extent of the associated electrical hazards: (a) On or about February 15, 2018, an employee did not employ electrical safety-related work practices while working on or around the exposed 240 Volt AC energized electrical components within the Challenger vehicle lift electrical enclosure. This exposed the employee to electrical arc flash hazards and electrical shock hazards.
