29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. a) LEC Services LLC at 2517 1st Avenue, Greeley, CO 80631: On and before February 13, 2018, the employer did not maintain a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical, flammable liquids, and combustible liquids on the facility. These types of chemicals include solvents, degreasers, and lubricators. This condition exposed employees to chemical irritations to eyes, respiratory, and skin due to employee lack of knowledge regarding chemical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area. Information and training may be designed to cover categories of hazards (e.g., flammability, carcinogenicity) or specific chemicals.
