29 CFR 1926.102(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used eye protection that provided side protection when there is a hazard from flying objects.  a) Peace & Love Framing, LLC - On 2/9/18, at the Preserve at Hamilton Mill subdivision, Lot 1, Buford, GA, the employer did not ensure that employees using pneumatic nail guns use eye protection.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.  b) Peace & Love Framing, LLC - On 2/9/18, at the Preserve at Hamilton Mill subdivision, Lot 40, Buford, GA, the employer did not ensure that employees using pneumatic nail guns use eye protection.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).    a) Peace & Love Framing, LLC - On 2/9/18, at the Preserve at Hamilton Mill subdivision, Lot 1, Buford, GA, employees were exposed to fall hazards of over 10 feet when employees were performing framing work without fall protection systems.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.  b) Peace & Love Framing, LLC - On 2/9/18, at the Preserve at Hamilton Mill subdivision, Lot 40, Buford, GA, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 18 feet when employees were performing framing work without fall protection systems.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

Training on fall hazards was not provided.  b) Peace & Love Framing, LLC - On 2/9/18, at the Preserve at Hamilton Mill subdivision, Lot 40, Buford, GA, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 18 feet when employees were performing framing work. Training on fall hazards was not provided.
