29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: This violation was observed on or about February 13, 2018, at 601 SW 19th St., Moore, Pantera Ventures LLC did not ensure each employee was wearing a safety harness with lanyard attached to the proper anchor points while in the Genie S-45 telescoping boom aerial lift, exposing employees to a fall from approximately 10 ft. to the ground below.
