29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):  Employees engaged in framing work at the commercial construction site were exposed to dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards in that employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure that employees were aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work such as adhesives and gasoline.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Employee engaged in framing work at the commercial construction site was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet from the beam of the structure to the ground below in that the employee was not using fall protection.  The TNT Framing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 896516 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/23/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 5000 Indian Creek Parkway, Overland Park, KS 66029.
