29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   Location: 700 Greendale Ave., Needham, MA  On or about February 15, 2017, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 35' from an unprotected deck to the ground below, where employees were anchoring personal fall arrest systems to the suspended basket of an articulating extendible boom aerial lift which is not in accordance with the requirements set forth in 29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15)
