29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided information and training on hazardous chemicals or materials in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area:     1) Production Area: On or about February 15, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to skin irritation and chemical hazards, in that employees have not received training on hazardous chemicals used on a daily basis, including but not limited to mineral spirits, transbrite, zep, and transmission fluid.    The Global Powertrain Systems, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.1910(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 942878, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on January 17, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 32 Dart Road, Newnan, Georgia 30263.
