29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about February 15, 2018, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the ground level below, while performing roofing activities without using fall protection. b) On or about February 28, 2018, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the ground level below, while performing roofing activities without using fall protection. c) On or about March 14, 2018, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater then 6 feet to the ground level below, while performing roofing activities without using fall protection.
