29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: a) On or about 02/06/18, at the Seneca Park Zoo, Concessions Building, located at 2222 St. Paul Street, in Rochester, New York, an entry way used by employees, had an elevation break greater than 19 inches (measured 26 inches), and did not have an intermediate step or stairs for safe access. NO ABATEMENT CERITFICATION REQUIRED
