Athos Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24504: On or about February 21, 2018, and times prior thereto, the employer used B-D Allergy Syringes 305500 rather than a readily available sharp/needle with engineered sharps injury protections, exposing employees to bloodborne pathogens hazards. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
