Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a caught-in-between hazard:    This violation occurred on or about February 16, 2018 at an establishment located at 7950 Elmbrook Drive, Dallas, Texas where employees working and operating a TEI MP250 Rock Drill in close proximity to the rotating drill pipe were exposed to a caught-in-between hazard.    Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means of abatement is to follow the manufacturer's drill rig safety manual.
