29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). On 2/9/18, at the Preserve at Hamilton Mill, the employer did not perform safety and health inspections so as to prevent fall hazards at the site. Subcontracted employees, working at lots 1, 40 and 42 were exposed to various fall hazards up to 18 feet and were not using fall protection systems.
