At the worksite - On or about and times prior to February 14, 2018, employees were working on the building conducting roofing activities without the use of a fall protection system in place, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10.9 feet.  Uriel Torres was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1220222, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 9, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 7322 Garfield Street, Savannah, GA 31406.
