29 CFR 1910.22(a)(i): Housekeeping: All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not clean, orderly, and in a sanitary condition. In the store: On or about February 28, 2018, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not clean, orderly, and in a sanitary condition in the following instances: a) In the store, carpet floor in the store was not kept clean there was fluid stains and mold growth on carpet and ripped carpet floor at store entrance. b) In the warehouse, floor aisles were obstructed by clothing racks, drop ceiling tiles were broken and/or missing and bird feces smeared on warehouse wall. This condition exposed employees to trip and health hazards. Fallas Paredes was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1260957, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/13/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 8500 Dryer St. # 45, El Paso, TX. 79904.
