29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). On 2/6/2018, at the Heritage Pointe, Lot #47 job site, the employer did not provide frequent and regular inspections of the job site to be made by a competent person. Subcontracted employees performed framing activities at the residential home site and were exposed to fall hazards greater than 18 ft. without the use of fall protection.
