OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to crushing hazards while operating a powered industrial truck. (a) At jobsite, on or about February 16, 2018, an employee was operating a 6500 Navigator #14 powered industrial truck without wearing a seatbelt while delivering lumber to the construction site.
