29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: On or about February 20, 2018, and times prior thereto, at the jobsite located at 3321 S Bowman Road, Little Rock, AR, an employee ascended and descended from the rooftop on an aluminum extension ladder which did not extend at least three feet above the rooftop landing, exposing the employee to fall hazards greater than 6 ft. to the ground below.

On or about February 20, 2018, and times prior thereto, at the jobsite located at 3311 S Bowman Road, Little Rock, AR each employee observed working on a residential roof, did not have fall protection.
