29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a - Top Level Ceiling Joist of Structure - Employee that was not wearing fall protection was exposed to a fall of up to 30 feet, while sitting on top of a joist to secure a second joist to the wall frame, on or about 02/15/2018.  b - Rear First Second and Third Levels - Employees were exposed to a fall of up to 30 feet while working on the second and third level of the house, where there was no means to protect against falls, on or about 2/15/2018.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet), in addition, documentation demonstrating the abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
