On or about February 20, 2018, Classroom wing, the safety monitor had other job duties such as helping other employees layout the underlayment while employees were being exposed to an 11 feet fall hazard. b. On or about February 20, 2018, Kitchen roof, the safety monitor had other job duties such as helping remove warped boards and inspecting the roof.
