29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  Employees in the warehouse were exposed to fire and explosion hazards in that an flammable gasses were stored near the egg boiling operation which includes the use of an open flame.

29 CFR 1910.106(d)(3)(ii)(a): The bottom, top, door, and sides of cabinet were not at least No. 18 gage sheet iron and double walled with 1 1/2 - inch air space. Joints were not riveted, welded or made tight by some equally effective means. The door was not provided with a three-point lock, and the door sill shall be raised at least 2 inches above the bottom of the cabinet.  Employees working in the shop area were exposed to fire hazards in that the cabinet being used for storage of flammable liquids was not double walled as required for a flammable liquids cabinet.

29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet:  Employees in the warehouse were exposed to fire and explosion hazards in that an oxygen cylinder was stored 8 feet away from a propane cylinder and 16 feet from a propane cylinder.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:   Employees at the work station in the airport biologist office were exposed to electrical fire hazards in that a re-locatable power tap was plugged into an extension cord which was plugged into a six outlet wall tap.  The U.S. Dept. of Agriculture - APHIS was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 915717, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/24/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 11850 S. La Cienega Blvd., Hawthorne, CA 90250.
