29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard:  a) Facility: On February 21, 2018 and at times prior thereto industrial racks were used for storage of dental machinery including but not limited to, dental chairs and x-ray machines.  The beam locking devices at several locations on the industrial rack systems were not either not engaged, unserviceable, or not in place.
