29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) 110 Glenn Street, Lawrence, MA 01841, Wastewater treatment room and immediate outside area.  On or about January 4, 2018, an employee exposed to sodium hydroxide during the transfer from a bulk truck to a vessel within the building was not provided suitable facilities for immediate emergency drenching or flushing of the eyes. The eyewash in the facility was located remotely from the transfer area, that would result in prolonged exposure to sodium hydroxide.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
