29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a. On or about February 13, 2018, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling greater than 18 feet from an Altec aerial lift, mounted to a Ford F-7501 Super duty truck (197), because a full body harness was not worn with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket while working from the aerial lift. James D. Ahern Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1219680, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 13, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1414 East Rand Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
