29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain a written hazard communication program which at least described how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met: (a) Corporate Images at 1020 West 1st Ave in Denver, CO 80223: On or before February 15, 2018 the employer did not implement and maintain a complete and up to date written hazard communication program that pertains to the use of dyes, inks, and solvents used to perform screen printing operations. The employer's written hazard communication program consisted of a print out of OSHA Hazard Communication policy from 1980's. Safety Data Sheets and chemical inventory was not kept up to date. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
