29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Where run through doorways, windows, or similar openings; On or about February 22, 2018, the employer exposed employees to a fire hazard by having a flexible cord that was run through the managers office door. The flexible cord had a power strip that was used to charge the Marco's Pizza delivery drivers vehicle signs.
