29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) On or about February 22, 2018, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that a hazard communication program was available at 1790 S Buckley Rd in Aurora, CO 80017 for employees required to use hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to ZEP Commercial Purple Cleaner and Degreaser which is used to clean automotive parts and contains sodium hydroxide which may cause severe skin burns and eye damage.
