29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). On 2/6/2018, at the Primrose Park subdivision at Lots #PRC163 and 177, the employer did not conduct safety inspections so as to prevent various hazards including fall hazards. Subcontractors were observed exposed to fall hazards greater than 10 feet and were not using fall protection.
