29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: a) Fort Pickett, Admin Building: On or about 02/21/2018, metallic outlet boxes were used as junction boxes to enclose sliced wires. The boxes were not mounted according to its listing as a result employees were potentially exposed to a possible electrical shock hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
