29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: For the operators on line 5 cleaning and/or changing over the seasoning on the batter mixer on or about February 16, 2018 and times prior there to the employer did not require authorized operators to utilize the written equipment specific procedures when performing tasks such as, but not limited to cleaning the equipment or change over batter mixes. This exposes operators to the hazard of unexpected energizing of the equipment.
