29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each shift for chemicals used: On or about February 23, 2018; at the center of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to utilize hazardous chemicals within the worksite without ensuring that Safety Data Sheets for the chemicals were readily available to the employees. Hazardous chemicals (Freon 134a and grease) were stored in the side compartment of the crane (Link-Belt LS-278H-S/N F9J0-3217).

29 CFR 1926.1407(g): The employer failed to ensure that at least one electrocution hazard warning was conspicuously posted in the cab within view of the operator and at least two were posted on the outside of the equipment. On or about February 23, 2018; at the center of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to operate a mobile crane (Link-Belt LS-278H-S/N F9J0-3217) in order to offload and erect pre-cast concrete without ensuring that at least one electrocution hazard warning decal was conspicuously posted in the cab within plain view of the operator and at least two electrocution hazard warnings were posted on the outside of the crane.
