29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) West Wall of Lot Number 19 Addison Subdivision: On or about February 22, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed an employee to struck-by hazards while using a pneumatic nail gun, in that protective eyewear was not provided to the employee operating the tool at 120 PSI while engaged in siding installation activities.
