29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  West side of the residential construction site: On or about June 14, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to the hazard of being stuck- by falling objects, while decking, moving equipment/materials and wood panels around the job site, not being protected by protective helmets from overhead hazards.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(2): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses eye protection that provides side protection when there is a hazard from flying objects. Detachable side protectors (e.g. clip-on or slide-on side shields) meeting the pertinent requirements of this section are acceptable.  West side of the residential construction site: On or about June 14, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees while framing, were exposed to struck by hazards from flying objects while using nail guns without safety glasses, at a new housing construction site.
