29 CFR 1910.265(c)(5)(ii): Stairways were not provided with a standard handrail on at least one side or on any open side. a) Green Mill Deck, 95 West Street, Galeton, PA - Employees exited and entered a forty-three (43) inch high wooden deck by using a flight of stairs (six risers, five treads) that lacked a standard handrail on the right side ascending exposing the employees to a fall hazard, as observed on or about February 23, 2018. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19, abatement certification is not required for this violation. The hazardous condition was corrected during the inspection.

In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19, abatement certification is required for this item.
