29 CFR 1926.50(c): At this job site, the employer did not have a person who was certified in first aid training (which includes Basic First Aid and CPR) available to render first aid.    On or about 20 February 2018, and at times prior thereto, the General Contractor did not have any personnel on site who were trained and qualified for Basic First Aid and CPR to render aid to injured workers. A framer fell from the 4th floor landing within a stairwell requiring immediate medical treatment. The Emergency Medical Service arrived approximately 8 minutes after first notice and was not able to get to the injured worker until a total of approximately 12 minutes had passed to begin treatment.
