On 2/8/18, at 280 Primrose Park Rd, Sugar Hill, Ga 30518, subcontracted employees were exposed to fall hazards as they installed a roof system on a residential home without fall protection. The employer was not performing frequent and regular inspections of the site so as to identify and prevent identified hazards.
