29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: a) 500 Bailey Crossroads Rd., Atglen, PA 19310, Building 35 - Plastic secondary containers of acetone were not appropriately labeled with the hazards and other required information, thus exposing employees to the fire, eye irritation and other health hazards of the chemicals. This condition was observed on or about February 23, 2018. Action Manufacturing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1114388, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 26, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at 190 Rittenhouse Circle, Bristol, PA 19007.
