29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: USDA Forestry Service Jobsite: On or about 02/21/2018, a yellow 120 volt extension cord used to provide power to the new office building under construction was lying on the ground unprotected with visible damage from vehicles which had run over it for at least a week. 29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: USDA Forestry Service Jobsite: On or about 02/21/2018, the yellow temporary lighting power cord lacked proper strain relief thereby exposing internal conductor at the female end.
