29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about February 27, 2018 employees were exposed to fall hazards above 9 feet while performing roofing activities on a residential roof and a suitable fall protection system was not used. Orrego Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), with respect to a workplace located at 119,201,203,205, and 207 Marvin Ct. Germantown Hills, IL 61548. This citation was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1263543, Citation Number 1, Item 2-a. Citation was affirmed as a Final Order on November 2, 2017.
