At the construction equipment refueling area, located at 43700 Industrial Park Road, Cadiz, Ohio, a 500 gallon above ground unleaded gasoline tank, was not protected from vehicular collision damage. b. At the construction equipment refueling area, located at 43700 Industrial Park Road, Cadiz, Ohio, a 1000 gallon above ground on-road diesel tank, was not protected from vehicular collision damage. c. At the construction equipment refueling area, located at 43700 Industrial Park Road, Cadiz, Ohio, a 1000 gallon above ground off-road diesel tank, was not protected from vehicular collision damage. d. At the Northeast corner of the yard located at 43700 Industrial Park Road, Cadiz, Ohio, a 1000 gallon above ground on-road diesel tank, was not protected from vehicular collision damage.

29 CFR 1926.152(g)(11): Each service or fueling area shall be provided with at least one fire extinguisher having a rating of not less than 20-B:C located so that an extinguisher will be within 75 feet of each pump, dispenser, underground fill pipe opening, and lubrication or service area. a. At the construction equipment refueling area, located at 43700 Industrial Park Road, Cadiz, Ohio, there was not a fire extinguisher with 75 feet, thereby exposing employees to a fire hazard in the event of an incipient stage fire.
