29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about February 26, 2018 the employer allowed the employee to operate a JLG Aerial Lift 600A (#466-60-0115) at heights of approximately fifteen (15) feet from the North/Northeast side of the building on the corner of Poydras/Carondelet without wearing fall protection.
