29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about 2/27/2018 on the roof of the building at 227 Robert C Daniel Jr. Parkway, Augusta, GA: Employees working on the sloped roof at heights up to 12 feet 2 inches were not protected from a fall hazard from the unguarded open sides and ends.
